Steps to Transfer Gmail Data to Google Workspace

Step 1: Log in to Gmail. In the top right corner, click the gear icon -> Settings Step 2: In the settings section, select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. At line 1. Go to Settings Step 6: In settings, select the Accounts tab, find Check mail from other accounts: click Add another email account. Step 7: Enter the old Gmail address you want to migrate email from, click Next Step 8: Enter your personal Gmail information in the field below

• POP server: Default (pop.gmail.com)
• Port: Default (Port 995)
• Check Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.
• Click Add account.

Step 9: Select No (…), Click Finish. Step 10: Wait for emails to automatically transfer from your old Gmail to your new Google Workspace account. Once complete, you can delete the old email from your Google Workspace account in Settings > Accounts
